fantastic hotel experience!
helpful staff comfortable room central location
the staff were very helpful and friendly. the room was nice and neat. the hotel is in a central location, close to main attractions and the tram stop.

The reception staff are available 24 hours. This is very convenient. they helped arrange transport to the airport. This went smoothly. i received an upgrade to a bigger room. it was a nice surprise.

the room had ac that worked well. there was good water pressure in the shower and a heater. soap, shampoo, and body wash were provided. sufficient towels and slippers were available. the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was very tasty!!! you can choose what you want. Then, it's cooked quickly. i really appreciated this option. there are lots of restaurants, shops, and groceries near the hotel.

the location was acceptable, providing easy access to the main tourist attractions.
I encountered an issue with cleanliness. The room was not properly cleaned. during my stay, the sheets were not changed even once. this lack of attention to hygiene was quite disappointing.

quiet neighborhood really good staff great location
The staff members Enwer and Kadem were helpful. The location is a treasure. I loved it. The hotel is close to main attractions, but situated in a quiet neighborhood. I found it easy to relax there.
The shower enclosure was missing half its glass, so water leaked while showering.

helpful staff daily cleaning central location
The staff was really nice and helpful. I appreciate they clean my room every day. The hotel location made it easy for me because main attractions are so close.
The noise from the elevator and other guests disturbed me. The walls in my room were not thick enough.
